Romp — there it is!
A classic childhood toy is getting an electric upgrade with the Droyd Romper. Nominated for a Toy of the Year award, this smooth ride keeps parents in control as kids ages 3 and up cure their need for speed.
The Romper is built with an all-plastic body so it keeps that classic look, but underneath the hood is a 24-volt lithium ion battery. That means it can speed up to 3 mph in the low setting and a zooming 6 mph in the high setting! Parents can choose which setting is right for their little racer with the parental speed control key.
Parents may have control of the speed, but kids are in the driver’s seat. They operate it with an easy-to-use accelerator button located on the handle. They can still put the pedal to the (metaphorical) metal, but they can stop and start easier than they would if it was controlled by their foot.
Of course, all zoomin’ action becomes more fun with lights and sounds! The front wheel and tail are both decked out with multicolor lights for colorful fun. It doesn’t have sound effects, but if you have a kid around the age of 3, you’re probably breathing a sigh of relief. There are no earworm songs or never-ending vroom sounds here (Thanks, Droyd!).
An adjustable seat means that kids can keep going as they keep growing. It has a 66-pound weight capacity, so it’s meant for kids to be able to ride for quite some time.
What do you say: Are you ready to romp and roll?
This electric trike features an all-plastic body, a 24-volt battery, a light-up LED front wheel, and more. The Romper has parental controls and can operate at speeds of 3-6 mph.
